Simply download the app, create your profile, and start with the first lesson. Kriakala guides your child step by step — no setup needed.
Yes! Kriakala is designed for children with zero prior Hebrew knowledge. We start with the Aleph Bet and build up gradually — at the child's own pace.
Progress is automatically saved and shown on the dashboard. You can see completed lessons, earned stars, and which letters have been mastered.
Progress is saved locally on the device. Parents can optionally sign in with Google to sync progress across devices. If you experience data loss, contact us and we'll help restore it.
Premium content is unlocked through in-app purchase, protected by parent verification. Go to the subscription section in the app to see available options.
Most features work fully offline. Progress is saved locally and synced when internet is available. Great for travel or classrooms with limited WiFi.
Go to the Profile tab in the app to update the avatar, name, and settings. Changes are saved automatically.
Subscriptions are managed through your device's App Store. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Subscriptions (Android) to cancel.
Troubleshooting

- Update to the latest version in the App Store / Google Play
- Check that you have at least 100 MB of free storage
- If problems persist, contact support with your device model and iOS/Android version
- Check your device volume and make sure it's not muted
- Ensure the app has audio permissions in device Settings
- Try restarting the app
- Test if other apps play audio — if not, it may be a device issue
- Make sure the app has storage permissions on your device
- Try logging out and back in (if signed in with Google)
- Avoid force-closing the app immediately after completing a lesson
- Contact support if data appears lost
